How It Works

If you’ve never bought a custom table before, this will walk you through it.

We keep things simple and guide you through each step so you know exactly what to expect.

Option 1 — Buy Online

You can purchase directly through the website, and financing options are available.

Once your order comes through, we’ll reach out to confirm details like felt, finish, delivery, and any customization before your table goes into production.

Option 2 — Work With Us

Most clients go this route. We’ll guide you through everything and make sure your table fits your space, style, and how you plan to use it.

1. Reach Out

Call, text, or email us. We’ll talk through your space, table size, and what you’re looking for.

2. Design & Quote

We’ll help you choose the right table, wood species (white oak, walnut, maple), and size (7', 8', or 9')

Then we’ll send you a clear quote.

3. Deposit

Once we’ve honed in on the details, we’ll send you a detailed invoice with everything we’ve discussed — size, design, wood, and timelines.

A 50% deposit secures your build and production slot.

You can pay directly through the invoice, or by e-transfer, wire transfer, credit card, or cheque.

The remaining 50% is due before delivery.

4. Samples

We have dozens of wood and felt options.

Wood tones don’t always translate perfectly on screen, so if needed we can send physical samples in the range you’re considering — browns, greys, blacks, and lighter natural tones.

This helps you see the colour properly in your own space and lighting.

Once you’ve made your selection, just set the samples aside and we can collect them when we deliver your table.

5. Build

Your table is built right here in our shop in British Columbia, using high-quality materials and attention to detail.

Most tables take around 8 weeks, depending on the design and workload.

Shorter timelines can sometimes be accommodated — reach out early and we’ll walk you through the options.

If you’re working around a renovation or project timeline, we’ll coordinate with you to keep everything aligned.

6. Delivery & Installation

Lower Mainland:
Free delivery and professional installation.

BC Interior, Whistler, Okanagan, Vancouver Island:
We can deliver with our installers — additional mileage charges apply.

Canada-wide:

Free curbside shipping across Canada.
Some restrictions apply depending on location and access.
